Bailey, MPA, LifeDay Greeting Cards are specialty greeting cards that celebrate surviving a major (or a minor) life-altering event or monumental moment (such as a transplant, an operation, an accident, disease, cancer, chronic illness, addiction, recovery, hospitalization, or paralysis). LifeDay takes note of a new beginning or a breakthrough. A LifeDay card could even celebrate a birthday, the birth of a baby, or an adoption. The card should be sent to arrive or given right before or after the actual date of the event or on the anniversary of the event, the day life was renewed – the LifeDay. The theme of survival is the thread connecting the LifeDay series. The change in leaf color symbolizes the renewal of the seasons in one’s life or turning over a new leaf.
